FAQ

Quick answers about sizing, shipping, exchanges, waist training, and choosing the right corset.

Which corset should I start with?

If you are new to corsets and want a temporary hourglass look, start with Tier 2. If you want stronger waist training support, Tier 3 is a better choice. If you have a longer torso or want the strongest option, Tier 4 is usually the best fit. You can also take the Corset Quiz for a recommendation.

How do I know my size?

Measure the smallest part of your natural waist. For a snug corset fit, choose a corset size about 1 to 2 inches smaller than your waist measurement. If you are between sizes, new to corsets, or want more comfort, size up.

Should I size down?

Only size down when your current corset feels comfortable and you can lace it with control. Do not force a smaller size just because you want faster results. Waist training should feel firm and snug, not painful.

What is the difference between Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4?

Tier 2 is best for lighter shaping and a temporary hourglass look. Tier 3 is a heavy duty steel-boned corset for stronger support and long-term waist training. Tier 4 is the strongest full torso option and is usually best for people who want the most support, especially if they have a longer torso.

What is the cropped corset for?

The cropped corset is for people who want heavy duty support but do not want as much torso coverage. It can be a better fit if you have a shorter torso, sit a lot, or feel like full torso corsets come down too low on your body.

Does waist training actually work?

Corsets can help create a smaller-looking waist while worn, and consistent corset use may help some people gradually train their shape over time. Results depend on your body, your routine, your sizing, and how consistent you are. It should be done slowly and comfortably.

What is ribcage training?

Ribcage training is the practice of using a structured steel-boned corset consistently over time to help shape the lower rib and waist area. It is not about forcing your body. It is about gradual pressure, consistent wear, and sizing down only when your current corset feels comfortable.

How tight should my corset feel?

Your corset should feel snug, secure, and supportive. You should still be able to breathe comfortably. If you feel pain, numbness, dizziness, or restricted breathing, loosen it or take it off.

How long should I wear my corset?

Start slow. Wear it for a shorter amount of time at first so your body can adjust. Once it feels comfortable, you can slowly build up your wear time. Do not sleep in your corset unless you are experienced and fully comfortable with your routine.

Can I eat while wearing my corset?

Yes, but many people prefer to loosen their corset while eating or wear it less tightly. You should never feel like you cannot breathe or digest comfortably.

Do I need to lose weight to waist train?

Depends. If you have a ton of fat on your belly the corset can’t actually hit your ribcage because of it. The less fat around your mid area the better it will work. You can wear a corset at your current size. Weight loss may make your waist smaller, but corset training is more about shaping and support. If your goal is weight loss too, diet and activity will matter.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually take 1 to 3 business days to process before shipping. After your order ships, delivery usually takes about 6 to 14 business days depending on where you are located.

Can I exchange my corset?

Yes, exchanges are available. If your corset does not fit, please reach out as soon as possible so we can help with the next steps. Make sure to check the Size Guide or take the Corset Quiz before ordering so you can choose the best fit the first time.
