Firm, even compression that supports your posture and flatters every outfit.

Durable boning and reinforced stitching designed for consistent daily wear.

Breathable inner lining that stays comfortable through long sessions.

Season your corset first. Wear it loosely laced for 1 to 2 hours a day during the first week so it molds to your body.

Build up gradually. Add 30 to 60 minutes per day until you reach your target wear time. Never tighten to the point of pain, pinching, or difficulty breathing.

Stay consistent. Lasting results come from steady, comfortable wear over weeks and months, paired with the routines taught in the Small Waist Academy.

Listen to your body. Loosen or remove your corset any time something feels wrong, and speak with a healthcare professional before starting if you have any medical conditions.

How do I choose my size?
Measure your natural waist at the narrowest point, then select a corset 4 to 6 inches smaller than that measurement. Our Size Guide walks you through every measurement step by step, and the Corset Quiz will match you automatically.
How many hours a day should I wear it?
Start with 1 to 2 hours a day while seasoning your corset, then build up gradually. Most consistent waist trainers work up to 6 to 8 hours of comfortable daily wear.
Will it be visible under clothing?
Our corsets are designed with smooth panels that stay discreet under most fabrics. Structured or looser fabrics hide corsets best; very thin knits may show some outline.
When will I see results?
You will see an instant hourglass shape the moment you lace up. Semi-permanent reduction develops over weeks and months of consistent wear combined with the diet and training guidance in the Small Waist Academy.
